    Speaking of B-BCUE! Visited this place in Arden/Fletcher NC, south of Asheville a few miles. BBCUE and Craft Beer Maker. OMG good. One of many ine example of western NC BCUE.. Alex Hogzilla sandwich, Candied bacon, Bratwurst, Pulled Pork !!! OMG Heart Attack ready!

    Home! Mountains trip was a trip...but always nice to be home again! My adapter for 6CG7's arrived! Nice old Raytheon 6CG7...really sounds very nice with 100 volts!! Beautiful glowing tube! Alex :>) Note this is with 30 min with HD650's...the big guns tomorrow!!

    One of my old favorites in Vali 2+ was a EH 6CG7...yup...works well. The glow of the heaters is muted in most 6CG7's. Alex Note going back and forth between Vali 2 + and Vali 3. Vali 3 wins almost everytime. Seem just clearer overall with most any tube in comparison. Must be that 100 volts thing!
