@Ferdinando1968,
Thank-you, it was a fun few days.....that went by quickly? I hope more find a place in their collection for this IEM. Really quite different, yet totally accessible, somehow?

Give 'You Did it Again (Extended Pleasure Mix) by Soulpersona a listen on the Quattro. Or really anything by Soulpersona. Sounds great.

Not a complaint per se, but yet again another "save Treble" IEM from Penon. So after 3 other Penon attempts, I let this pass despite the nice price. It's getting hard to find a high-energy Treble DD IEM in the mid-level price range.

@kmhaynes,
Well I would look at the TSMR Sands as being one that kinda out-classes the others in the same price bracket?

Great review, super thorough! I was wondering, as someone who primarily listens to classical music, which do you think would suit it better, the Volt or the Quattro?

Thanks @cottaudio,

That believe it or not depends on your tonal goals. Where the the Volt is holding a rudimentary midrange focus (above all else) that is excellent at strings, yet the Quattro while darker holds its own purity of timbre. This question makes me want to concentrate on pure Classical which I have been familiar with since a child, but have never really focused on? It is basically OST’s without the wild delays or synths, and at times less timpani, ha. I will demo both with Classical today and get back to you.
